About me and my practice
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering open-ended one-to-one therapy online.
I offer therapy both in English and Hungarian.
I hold a BSc in Integrative Counselling from the University of East London, a program accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere strictly to their ethical framework to ensure the highest standards of professional care.
I am working with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, childhood trauma, addictions, relationship issues, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and I am always happy to be challenged with new cases.
Experience
My experience includes working with reputable organizations such as Place2Be, a children's mental health charity, where I supported young individuals in navigating their emotional challenges.
I have also volunteered with low-cost counselling services like HQ Therapy, providing face-to-face sessions with adults, and the UK Counselling Network, offering online therapy to adult clients.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 15-30 minute initial session.
After the initial session, if we agree that therapy would be appropriate and potentially helpful, we will meet regularly for 50 minutes each week.
Sessions take place on the same day, at the same time, once a week. The first session is an opportunity for you to see whether I am someone you feel comfortable with and would like to work with.
