Reaching out for help can feel scary and overwhelming, I'm here to reassure you that I make the whole process as easy and relaxed as I can.
About me and my practice
I am an empathetic, compassionated person with a good listening ear and some good tools in a tool box to help you move forward in life.
I currently offer sessions either via video link such as Zoom, via telephone, if you live locally in the comfort of your own home or walk and talk therapy.
With me being a psychotherapist I offer sessions both long term and short term, its all based on what suits you.
I am also a qualified hypnotherapist, supervisor and an accredited DBT therapist
I have an enhanced DBS and a member of the ICO.
Experience
I have worked within the social sector for over 20 years in a multitude of different areas but majority of the time mental health.
I work with both adults and children. Have and still am working for a local mental health charity and a suicide awareness charity.
Qualifications
Level 5 diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling
Diploma in hypnotherapy
Level 4 diploma in child counselling
APT accredited DBT
APT accredited Clinical supervisor

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20 min consultation, which is just a chat to see if we both feel we can work together and we both get to gain more information about each other. This is done either via telephone or video link, the choice is yours!
Fees
My fees range from £50 depending on what type of therapy you require.
